During this journey, the trekkers will pass through the village settlement of Dhungla and Pheriche (4210m). You can also find the health post run by the foreign volunteer doctors in Pheriche. Typical Day in the Trek
The day starts with the early morning rise in the teahouses, where you can observe the majestic Himalayan sunrise. The exciting view of the sun rising from the snow-clad mountains is exciting for all trekkers. We will then have our breakfast, which includes hot beverages like tea and coffee, boiled eggs, porridges, and bread toast.
At around 8 AM, we will start a trekking journey passing through various natural vistas. The track begins early to arrive at your destination before it gets dark. The trail takes you to different complex trains, navigated by a professional trekking guide. You can also take as many pictures as you want and explore the region as you trek.
At around 1 PM, you will stop to have your lunch at the tea house and rest there for an hour. You can then start again and continue your journey to reach your destination in the afternoon. After arriving at your tea house, you can rest for an hour or explore the beautiful village.
You can also snack along so that you will get charged after a long tiring trek. In the evening, you will get served dinner at the tea houses, which you will eat alongside fellow trekkers. You can socialize with them and talk about the trekking journey. You can also pass the time by reading a book or playing board games. Finally, you will sleep at around 9:00 PM as you will also have to trek early the next day.
