Island Peak Climbing Quick Summery

Island peak, also known as Imje Tse gets its name from its appearance. It looks like an island from distance, amidst the icy waters guarded by silver peaks.

We will go on an unforgettable journey that will take us to the Himalayan wonderland in the heart of Everest Basel Camp (5,375m) and Khumbu Valley. Island peak is one of the most famous peaks in the Everest region having majestic and high glaciated western face which rose from Lhotse Glacier.

The best time for venturing this adventure are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). It is feasible to climb even in winter months but not everyone has high threshold for cold, so these months are suitable in every sense.

Our skillfully created itinerary provides you with even more sightseeing of the youngest mountains in the world, keeping ample amount of time aside for adaptation and acclimatization. We embark on the trek only with the most experienced guides, so you are in safe hands.

Note: Peak climbing is a hobby that requires a lot of physical effort. Only someone in very healthy state of mind and body qualifies for the peak climbing. Nepal Eco Adventure will do anything possible for you trekkers to have the most comfortable, safe and exciting journey.
