Begin the journey early in the morning after having breakfast at the hotel in Pokhara. Our team will pick you up and help you get comfortable for the road journey. We will start the journey with a drive from Pokhara to Hille. On the way, you can experience the scenic environment following a peaceful countryside route. The journey follows a paved road from Pokhara to Nayapul, after which the road becomes rougher and more off-road as you approach Hile. The rough terrain takes you through terraced fields, small rivers and local villages of the western part of Nepal.
This drive is a practical yet scenic way to start your trekking journey by saving time and energy for the more challenging hiking sections ahead. As you reach Hile, the trail passes through charming villages like Sudame and Tikhedhunga. For the day, start your trek early in the morning, right after you have breakfast in Ulleri at the teahouse you stayed at the previous night. As you ascend through the walkways that are paved with stones, you come across beautiful, lush green rhododendron as well as the oak and pine forests.
